WES & DIANNE BARTEL

Wes Bartel founded Rural America Ministries Network in 2015 as a means to enhance the work of ministry in Rural America. For Wes, rural ministry has been a central focus of his life since his early years. Born on a ranch in Western Montana, his family attended a rural church that provided the foundation and primary structure for life and future ministry. With more than thirty years of experience in pastoral ministry, Wes and Dianne pastored rural churches in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Montana. He has also served as a District Youth Director, and as the National Director of Discipleship Ministries for the Assemblies of God.  They now live in Springfield, Missouri where Wes serves as the Director of Seniors Ministry for the Assemblies of God.

Wes and Dianne have been married for over fifty years. They have two married children and six grandchildren.

In 2021 Wes began to hand the reigns of leadership of RAM Network to Rich and Kim Greenwald.
